I have bought 5 dresses from this seller. All the same, but in 2 separate shipments.
The first dress from the first shipment was fine so I ordered 4 more only for them to be much lighter in colour to the first.
They wanted me to pay shipping for a new dress to match the 4, which I said was ridiculous considering they made the mistake not me. So I opened a paypal dispute.
We eventually worked out that they would send me a dress, no extra costs. They sent me a tracking number and I closed the case.
I checked on this tracking number yesterday to find it was delivered to the other side of the state!! Upon questioning them about it, they admitted to sending me a false tracking number and now suddenly I have to pay for a whole new dress!!!!
I am absolutely fuming as now it doesn't seem like I can do anything about it, my wedding is in 4 weeks and I'm in debt by over $400!!! Such bad business!!! Be wary of them!!!!

I certaily feel for you and all the drama they have put you through. Unfortunately, you cannot name & shame on here. The Mods will remove the name shortly. 😞

While i some what feel sorry for you, you can really only blame yourself. Why on earth buy your wedding dress from china in the first place. what would happen if it didnt fit or something else was wrong. for such an important occasion you should have bought local IMO.
