Fake bidders

How do you notify eBay of fake bidders that buy and don’t pay

You follow policy and after 4 days cancel the sale using the reason buyer did not pay and then put them on your blocked bidders list

You do not give them false positive feedback as you have done with several fake bidders

That encourages fake bidders to keep fake bidding and is a violation of eBay policy which will ping your account, so stop

Giving these fake bidders big green ticks for not paying is pointless, nobody else has a clue who the buyers are

Stop rewarding them

You keep giving them positive feedback so as to encourage them.  You have being a member for 16 years,
