No idea who you are talking to, your post doesn't make sense.
If you need to contact a buyer then use the dropdown arrow on your Sales History page and select 'Contact Buyer'.
If you want to talk to ebay staff then use the Customer Support section. Top right of page next to the shopping cart icon.
These boards are not run by ebay staff, only members such as yourself help others and your post doesn't make any sense to me.
