Another Mystery Artwork (Oil Painting)

Here is an oil painting that l recently come across. No idea of the history at all.

Its a large piece 98cms x 72cms.

Artist signed Faber.

Now kid me if l'm wrong but those boats sailing on the water - are they not all different time periods? l can see a paddle steamer there along with the clipper ship.

Any leads or hints muchly welcomed.

The clothing being worn by the spectators appears to be either Victorian or Edwardian if that helps.
