Can anyone help with Glass Signature?

I am having all sorts of problems deciphering the signature on this small, very heavy based perfume bottle. It is dated 1996 and the signature looks like Mat Quick, but a Google search turns up nothing on that name. I am hoping someone one here might have some ideas.

There is a Sunshine Coast glass artist named Mat (Mathew) Quirk.
