Can anyone identify these doll shoes?

Hello! I have come across these doll shoes in a local junk store. I was wondering if anybody could tell me which doll they blong to? They are white sandals made of rubber approx. 8 cm long and 4cm accross. They have the number 65 on the bottom. Thanks
