This is a family heirloom, no idea of age but probably over 100 or even 200 years old. The stamp in the underside is unreadable, no colour but slightly raised, so rubbed it with paper and pencil.
It looks like
N (indistinct)
PANS or PAM (indistinct)
ENGLAND (obviously)
My in laws have had it for about 65 yrs, previously belonged to grandmother and great grandmother, now given to my daughter. Any help appreciated.

It is a jardiniere, that is a pot for holding a plant - very popular in Victorian England. The fact that it has England as a back stamp indicates a date after 1891 (McKinley Tariff Act.) To me it looks about 100 years old. Transfer printed decoration. Good on you for are keeping it in the family.
