Does the seller have other items for sale? If so, right down the bottom of the page, on the left hand side, is Ask a Question - you can contact them that way. Or go to Advanced Search at top right of any page, use Find a Member, then contact member. If you were the highest bidder on an item, and it disappeared, you should have received a message - either from eBay or the Seller, cancelling your bids. There are a number of reasons why an item may be ended by a seller, or it may have been removed by eBay.
