Winning bidder expects me to sell more items for the winning bid price at my loss. Unusal request I must say so I naturally refused, then get a suprize negative. I found out he took advantage of a phraze saying (option to buy more) that phaze was left on the template form the same item in another listing as a buy it now. There was a buy it now on the auction listing for $9.99 and the customer could have clicked buy it now before a bid was placed and have multipule items for that price but instead he tried to get more than one for the winning bid of $5.50 the listing did state "ONE ITEM" in descriptions. Ebay is investigating the unfair feedback and wondering if others agree or not or had a similar experiance.

Just how was the buyer taking advantage of an option left on the template BY YOU? It was not the buyer who had it in the listing. If indeed there was that option in the listing then YES the feedback left was honest and accurate and not in violation of feedback policy and may even end up with a defect but if it wasnt in the listing then thats a different story.

eBay do nothing for the seller- Customer support and policies are there for the buyer- removing negative feedback is like trying to blast cancer, ebola and poverty from earth
eBay customer support is designed to wear down and frustrate the seller- like a frog in a pot of water that is slowly brought to the boil- ebay want to squash sellers into slavery and subservience just like Woolworths allegedly does with farmers- CONTROL & CRIPPLE
Before we all know it we will all be boiled alive
