if you have the picture in your file, click on the icon next to the smiley that comes up when you post. its TV shaped black at the bottom white at the top with a black dot. click it on and another box comes up.. then click 'browse' . it should bring up the picture file on yours, you then click on a picture, click 'select' and then click 'add' .
it seems to work best with Firefox browser.
