I have found these 3 XXXX castlemaine pictures and i don't know what to make of them in the way of age and if there not old what year was a promotion when they came out. In the picture providedthe writing on the bottom of it says" Brisbane: November,1897, South's first electorate cricket team strikes a fearsome pose. It was South's 19th century batting hope, F. Bolger, who scored 118 runs in what was probably Queensland's first cricket century." I just want to know how old if they are old and how collectable would these be to the right person and value if someone knows. The other two pics i have , one is of a bloke named James Trackson who imported the first motor car into Brisbane in 1901 and the other is of the Brisbane floods 1893. All three pics have the XXXX logo and the XXXX man on the bottom of the pics like in the pic that will be attached. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry no idea - if I had to guess I would say 1970s 1980s. Value - again no idea. However there was a large collection of Breweriana (what a difficult word) for auction in Sydney yesterday. From the quantity of items that failed to sell, or sold at at substantially below bottom estimate - posters, pub mirrors, signs, illuminated signs, trays, jugs, ashtrays, taps, barrels ends - you name it - it would appear that the "man cave" attraction may be waning.

I'd say being a company in Brisbane and the information on these reprints being about Brisbane ,Queensland XXXX collectors would be the key. Thank you for the response much appreciated.
