How the hell do you open these to fill 'em?

Looks like the top pops open.

They may have salt n pepper lodge in so very difficult to open.

I would try to wriggle upwards if they don't appear to screw.

Or leave them in hot water for a little first.

Or do the tops turn to reveal a large hole for filling then turn back to dispense?
