I sold a pair of blue "Beggar's Hand" several months ago for $25 - they were not easy to sell though, went around the block a few times.

I'm sure you will do OK keywording the 1st ones as "Beggar's Hands"  or even as " Hand Vases ".

As to the maker of them or their vintage ~~~ Hey DUNNO - not my cuppa tea but there are collectors of "hand" things.

With the 2nd lot of glass ones you might like to research SKLO UNION ( Czechoslavakia ) 😉

Some sellers list them as tiny vases and some list them as 'eye baths' 😮
