Hi meg, on your ebay summary page, top right corner, select customer support.
Then click contact ebay tab and select a topic.
To the right you should have 3 options of contact, one of them live help.
If it doesn't show, sometimes live help is not showing on all topics selected, go back and select technical problems under buying or selling. ๐
