I don't really know what else there is to say. Martin Boyd produced several series of images for his ceramic wares - colonial scenes, ballet dancers, even bullfighters and milkmaids - as well as his more common aboriginal figures and motifs. The images were produced on dishes, plates, mugs, lamp bases - every type of ceramic item you could imagine. The plates were produced in a variety of sizes 12-13 cms, 15-18 cms, 23-26 cms and some even larger. Usually price depends on size, attractiveness of pattern, as well of course on condition. Some designs seem to have been much better painted than others. I am sure there are collectors of his ballet items, though probably the Aboriginal ones are usually more valuable. His colonial chargers never seem to be very highly regarded; I once had for sale a set of 6 of his Dutch girl milk maid jugs - I thought them extremely attractive but it took me a looong time before I found a buyer who agreed with me. There are plenty of examples you can find through Googling that will give you an idea of possible value.
