I'm seriously going to leave EBAY after over a decade because of sellers incompetency. Waiting for parts for a month when the parts are only 2 days driving time away from me is unacceptable. It's costing me money to stay loyal to incompetency! Is anyone else having this problem? I'm suspicious they have dropshippers as sellers sourcing cheap Chinese products which cause unacceptable delays.

So long, there is really no need to tell other members you are leaving
The estimated delivery date is shown before you buy
Any buyer who chooses to buy from dodgy, drop shipping sellers will have issues
It will only cost you money if you fail to open an item not received dispute if the item does not arrive by the latest estimated delivery date
It is very obvious if they are drop shipping by
Their feedback
Photos lifted from other websites
Claims to be in Australia but estimated delivery dates are a long time off
All easily avoidable
And as you say, you have been here over a decade so you should know the basics by now
The seller you left the comment only took 3 weeks' for example has utterly horrid feedback yet you bought from them anyway
You can't choose to support dodgy sellers and then complain

"I'm suspicious they have dropshippers as sellers "
I'm not sure what you mean by 'they'
The site is FULL of dropshippers, individual sellers who sell their items on this site.
Some of your sellers have very bad feedback , so always best to check that first, to avoid problems.
Looking at your feedback left for others. all you have to do is open an 'item not as described' claim through eBay's money Back Guarantee if you receive the wrong item ...and you'll receive a full refund

Never let a seller play games with you.
