I sold a dress to someone which she paid for. She received the dress,wrote a positive review,I did the same. 2 months later a dispute was lodged by a bank stating that the buyer did not recognise the transaction. I sent a message to the buyer asking what is going on. She said that she had used her sisters account,and the sisters father in law lodged the dispute. she said sorry,a misunderstanding. It will all be cleared up. Now I get an email from ebay to say the dispute was found in favour of the buyer,and they will get their money returned and ebay insurance will pay for it. It has been closed and I can't respond to say you have made a big mistake.

Sounds like you were covered by Seller Protection & eBay covered the refund.
If this is correct there is no need to respond.
