eBay sales slump Australia. I have found the in the last 18 months that there is little interest

Recently I searched for an item using Microsoft edge browser.

It would show a quantity found which had no listing showing the images as was seen in the past.

After Googling for an answer it became apparent that the edge browser is not suitable.

I used Firefox and found all is good.

I will say that many people in Australia have Microsoft Windows and accept all updates that are sent which would have updated the browser from Google to Edge.

This looks to have reduced our customer base. Can eBay inform us of the recommended browsers to use?.

I have been a customer of eBay for 17 plus years and want to continue as I have found it the best.

You would need to ask eBay if you want an eBay answer, as they seldom read the member to member forum

Or have a look through similar topics already posted on the forum by other members

How long someone has been a member has nothing to do with which browser shows what

If you found Firefox works for you, use Firefox

Personally I have no issues using eBay itself with Edge, but I get problems when using Chrome

Only wanted to indicate that after 17 years That I wanted to continue using eBay and to alert others that there is something amiss with eBay sales volumes of late.

I did try to communicate with eBay but could not get anywhere.

Thanks for your input

I use Chrome and Firefox. No problems with either.

Admittedly I am savvy enough to know how to not set Edge as a default browser.
