there are 25 more, I will post them tomorrow. As for "democracy", they have exactly the kind of "democracy" they crave - "democracy for the rich". I read yesterday the bolt's son works for the IPA.

Help save the forests of Tasmania
link below is for a petition.
Under newly elected Premier Will Hodgman, the state government of Tasmania is planning to introduce legislation to undo the historic forestry peace deal. The 2011 Tasmanian Forestry Agreement gave permanent protection to 120,000 hectares and placed them on the World Heritage List. Premier Hodgman wants to make 400,000 hectares set aside as potential reserves available for logging...
Tasmania's new Liberal Premier says the forestry agreement is "no longer relevant." He claims that opening up the reserves will create jobs and build up the struggling timber industry.
But even some members of the timber industry including the Forest Industries Association think the government is rushing ahead with its forestry policy.
Chopping down trees will deprive future Tasmanians of a priceless resource. The forests are one of the only places left on earth where wilderness can be seen in the pristine state it was thousands of years ago and are a major tourist attraction. Premier Hodgson will reignite the forest wars if he seeks to overturn the forestry agreement.
Tell Premier Hodgman not to go to war on Tasmania's environment.

This thread is so funny, hyperventilating and disappointed crying.
Its called a “new government” got it? a new government going about the business of governing according to their mandate.
All the frantic outrage will get you precisely where? nowhere comes to mind.
Get used to it

Whatever you say silverfaun. Clearly it's obvious what this government is, incompetent and liars come to mind. Someone does sound a little "frantic" and "disappointed" though, maybe the LNP voters. A thread of all the positive things they have done might be a good idea, it would be a very short thread. Great for those who don't like c&p's though. Here this could be used to start it off.........

i don't find it funny at all, frightening is a more appropriate word

I feel so sorry for the one's who can't come to grips with loss and disappointment, something that should be understood and tolerated a bit better on here.
Endlessly posting what the govt. is doing and calling it all lies and incompetence is a sad thing and to be pitied more than anything.
If posting endless c & p's trying to make out everything the govt is doing is all lies and incompetence then everything, every day, day in day out will have you frantic, unhappy, trying to put a negative spin on all things political, that cannot be healthy.
Reading and adhereing to all the left hate blogs and biased Guardian and Fairfax press will never give you anything to smile about.
Try to calm down, try to let a little love in your heart. :smileylol: that never hurt anyone., otherwise you are going to have a horrid time of it obsessing all day every day, day in day out, for a few terms. :smileyhappy:
The boards could do with a little happiness and cheer, after all we now have a competent govt. calmly going about repairing the damage Labor left, they have stopped the illegal immigration, they are trying to fix fiscal policy so that we all may have a safe future, surely that is something to smile about. :smileyhappy:
And lets not forget the Royal Commission into Union and Labor corruption. so plenty to smile about eh!
Have a nice day

silverfaun, that's nice and thanks again for the reminders to keep posting in this thread.

Oh really?, please enlighten us on what you find frightening. After all if you survived 6 years of Labor destruction didn't you? then it must be something really frightening.
