She will be in her 40's when released, therefore she could have another child. This is just wrong....
Kiesha was 18months old and was bitten by this animal and was put into a foster family. From pics of this time
Kiesha looked so happy. Kiesha was given back to this animal and suffered.

Did you read as far as the bit that explains why the sentence is so short, azure? (Thanks for the link too)
"An offender's intellectual disability is relevant on sentence in the ways identified by McClellan CJ
There, his Honour said at
Where an offender is suffering from a mental illness, intellectual handicap or other mental problems the courts have developed principles to be applied when sentencing...They can be summarised in the following manner:
· Where the state of a person's mental health contributes to the commission of the offence in a material way, the offender's moral culpability may be reduced. Consequently the need to denounce the crime may be reduced with a reduction in the sentence...
· It may also have the consequence that an offender is an inappropriate vehicle for general deterrence resulting in a reduction in the sentence which would otherwise have been imposed...
· It may mean that a custodial sentence may weigh more heavily on the person. Because the sentence will be more onerous for that person the length of the prison term or the conditions under which it is served may be reduced...'
and 'I should stress that the mental health problems of an offender need not amount to a serious psychiatric illness before they will be relevant to the sentencing process.'

I just watched ACA and police interview, I was sickened by what she said and she even asked the interviewer for a hug. She should be locked up in solitary for the remainder of her life because if she is with other inmates she may not last very long and i think she should stay alive and have to suffer and suffer.

Enter if you can, I had to stop reading it. So sad.
She had enough intelligence to lie, to get rid of the little girl, hide everything for months........ intellectualy impaired my eye.
Lying doesn't take intelligence.
If her IQ is so low, how could she plan all that? She was tested at school, chances are, her IQ was tested the same as those who were fluent in reading and writing and maths,,,,,, perhaps she wasn't.

I watched ACA also, and listened to the pretend emotion in her voice. It sounds the same as when Kiesha first
went missing and she and Robert Smith together with family members where being interviewed in front of the cameras.
She had her head down, holding a tissue to her eyes asking if anyone knows anything to please contact the police.
The emotion she displayed was all pretend and most people knew then that she was involved...

From what I saw of that ACA story, she didn't plan it, she didn't know what to do.Which does fit if she is in fact mentally impaired, the other person charged "fixed" things. Docs has a lot to answer for.

No, when a child dies under their watch, they should be under magnifying glass.

I find it impossible to have any empathy for her at all. I watched her plead for someone to find that little girl and all the while she was burned and buried in a hole in the bush.

You can't imagine the things some people do, can you.
