It means they still don't know what's caused the problem but as they are using the process of elimination they expect to post shortly "umm no idea and yes we have tried rebooting".

Ohh,obvious answer IMO-ebay are involved in a dispute with Paypal re item not as described ie Lithium is failing dismally & therefore,ebay needs to ascertain as to whether they fit the Paypal criteria elligibility re a refund.

Bet they didn't clear their cookies..... as is always their first advice to users experiencing problems.
