260kg, stuck in her bedroom, who is giving her the food?

If I was stuck in my bedroom because I was 260kg not one member of my family would give me a calorie more than I needed each day to survive.

How can a family let their wife and mother get to such a state?

Sure she needs help but who keeps feeding her?

Apparently you can't just stop providing a large amount for them because it could harm them....... you have to reduce it gradually.

Why didn't they stop feeding her 180kgs ago?  Surely 80kgs is getting overweight - that's what I was the day I gave birth to my daughter!!!

  some of the guys ( feeders) like their women that way and will go out and buy them food just so they get bigger just for their own pleasure
