4 Day music challenge. Theme is ...NIGHT

The idea of this competition is to select a Youtube video (or from any site) that associates with the chosen theme in the title or in the lyrics - as long as the song is in context with the chosen theme.

The title of the song/artist to be posted, and must be accompanied by a video 'link', a click away for easier judgement.

NO EMBED VIDEOS!! This is to consider small device users who have trouble loading the thread.
Contest is for four days, and ends  Wed Dec 24

The poster who recieves the most kudos wins, chooses the next theme, creates a new thread and hosts (tally-ups) it.

EDIT: I won't be available to do the tally as it will be xmas eve.

>> #2 & #74: Helen: I do not know how to do this - stick a link here. Electronically challenged. So someone will have to do it for me.

Helen - it's very easy.  just go to your video in Youtube (or wherever).  In the address bar at the top of the browser page, click the text, or drag your mouse pointer over the text (called the URL) to select it (the colours should reverse into white on blue).  Copy the selected text, and then paste the address into the eBay forum reply box.  Once posted on to the thread,  the forum software will convert the link into a "live" clickable link.

If someone posts the exact same song as I did, after me, can I count their kudos?

Only because I think we are twins.

I would say yes - if it's the same video i.e. the same artist and the same version of the song.

I think we agreed some time back that different versions of the same song can count as a separate entry. Many popular songs have lots of different versions, some great, some awful, some in the studio, some live in concert. It's OK as far as I am concerned to count those as separate entries.

It's easy to forget a previous duplicate post after a day or so, especially in a long thread. If you are not sure, do a search of each page for the title.  I have just stopped myself posting Night Train by James Brown by doing a search, but I was also considering posting a Buddy Morrow band version. Well, just to illustrate, I'll put that it my next post - that makes at least four versions of Night Train in this thread! But I think they are all sufficiently different to count as a different entries? I might kudo one but not the others...
