Based on our abstract ratings, we found that just over 4,000 papers took a position on the cause of global warming, 97.1% of which endorsed human-caused global warming. In the scientist self-ratings, nearly 1,400 papers were rated as taking a position, 97.2% of which endorsed human-caused global warming. Many papers captured in our literature search simply investigated an issue related to climate change without taking a position on its cause.
Our survey found that the consensus has grown slowly over time, and reached about 98% as of 2011. Our results are also consistent with several previous surveys finding a 97% consensus amongst climate experts on the human cause of globa...
A survey of 12,000 climate change 'peer reviewed' papers has found 97% of them have come to the conclusion that climate change is man made.
So the idea put out that there is some type of major disagreement and Uncertainty about what the cause is, is infact wrong.
There you have it.

..... what we need to protect is ourselves, human race, which could be wiped out as easily as the dinosaurs.
By what pray tell a 0.6 degree Celcius?
Do you realise that there are highly popolated areas on the planet that go through an 80 degree Celcius shift and the population not only survive but thrive and have populations of between 5 to 15 million.
Humans adapt to their environment

Over 31, 000 scientists signed the Oregon Petition, urging politicians to reject any policies based on concerns over global warming.
Makes you figures look kind of minuscule....
for the names of over 31 000 scientists refer to the link below -

If anyone has evidence of man made global warming... Please post it.

"you can hardly expect them to disagree with each other"
would seem to apply to a number of other narrow-right-view chat sites, (in which some 'ere are heavily involved)
no room for any dissentin' political view at all.

Come on not_an_eloi don't leave us hanging. What are these "narrow-right-view chat sites" you speak of and who are the heavily involved posters from 'ere? I believe you are talking out of your rear end.

Floura and fauna adapt as well 🙂
More than 90 percent of all organisms that have ever lived on Earth are extinct. As new species evolve to fit ever changing ecological niches, older species fade away. But the rate of extinction is far from constant. At least a handful of times in the last 500 million years, 50 to more than 90 percent of all species on Earth have disappeared in a geological blink of the eye.

It may comfort you to believe that somehow Homo Sapiens is immune to this phenomenon, but given the historical evidence that strikes me as being an exceedingly arrogant and myopic view.

Geri Halliwell's name is not on the petition elephant..... lol.
What critics will say, is hilarious.
If you can find any fictional characters on the list, let us know.
They are in alphabetical order to make searching easy.

The criticisms of the petition were published very soon after it came out. I imagine a bit of judicious editing has taken place since then - along with much wiping of egg off faces.
