That is not accurate. The change was changing eligibility by year of birth..phasing it out. $63 000 is a reasonable annual income limit for a Tax Offset.
The entire Mature Age Worker Tax offset has been canned in Hockey's budget

Well, it is certainly much better than expecting the unemployed under 30's to live 6mths at a time, without ANY Govt income support.
