Ahhh! The Telegraph! The right winged newspaper of choice lol!

Whilst all hell breaks loose over at Murdoch presses when Mike Carlton states an opinion on a religious war calling for him to be sacked! investigated! charged! stripped of his citizenship!, they publish this:

a photoshop of Carlton wrapped in a keffiyeh in what appears to be him fleeing Israeli fire in a war zone. That is insensitive and awful enough.

But even worse, it turns out the body image used to superimpose Carltons head on is a bloodied Boston bombing victim feeling for safety.

I assumed that given that were 2 or 3 threads from our rightwinged friends about the Fairfax press, that they will also show the same outrage at Murdoch press for this infinetely worse piece of journalism?

 This is done all l the time, all media are not averse to using photo shopped pictures all one has to do is look at all the left wing photo shopped pics of the PM on here, endlessly posted with lying blurbs attached.

I, for one, am glad that that anti Semitic, Carlton,  has been dealt with, his own colleagues had had it with him and went to the top to get rid of him.

You're right, Martini, I think it was in very bad taste to superimpose Mike Carltons head on that picture of Bostom bombing victim James Costello.

Paul Whittaker aplogised unreservedly, of course. He may offer his resignation, as Mike Carlton took that option, then again he may not.

I hope James Costello doesn't see it, he might never get over the insult of having been seen wearing Mike Carlton's head.

It's unlikely he would know Mike Carlton, however he would probably be familiar with Murdoch and his lowlife news practices.  That is more likely to disturb him than carlton's head.  Nice to see some find the treatment of his image so amusing.

Do you know what semitic/anti semitic means?

The thought of only "leftists" reading the fairfax papers is almost hysterical.  It conjures up images of a great divide with people living in alternative parallel worlds and walk on opposite sides of the street from each other...something like apartheid.
