I know that these two young men were stupid but the other thread will gone by the time I get up in the morning.
Yes, they knew Indonesian law and yes they were young enough and silly enough to ignore it. They are grown men now and they are reformed.
Can we please help save them? I don't know how which makes me feel sick. So sad to see the mother and brother crying and saying that her son needs to be saved for a silly mistake when he was hardly more than a kid.

personally I think the death penalty is a lot kinder than being jailed for life.

They don't. They have a life in there supporting other people. They have made a good life for themselves in there and they are reformed and it's pretty much horrendous to end their lives for a silly mistake.

Dealing in heroin is more that a "silly mistake" ... they knew full well what they were doing and just didnt care who was hurt along the way, I have no sympathy for them at all .... My friend cries every day over the two sons she has lost, because of a "silly mistake"

You could remind her that they were young, they knew the rules, they took the risk, they made a mistake.

Blame someone else rather than her own sons?
Would you feel differently if your friends sons were the ones facing execution in Indonesia?
These people were barely out of their teens when arrested, they're not the criminal masterminds raking in millions of dollars of blood money.
