Ive always thought people with low IQs are prone to being racist, homophobic etc. it just makes sense.

no Iza.. no complaints.. just a reinforcement of the facts that I was told about as I grew up.  

and when anyone ever goes on about how good unions are I know for a FACT that they are not good.. they are inherently bad.. they are corrupt and no longer serve the people... 

I understand.I confirmed what you were told as you grew up .It no doubt added to your fear and your acceptance that that was normal Union behaviour.

My parents were workers not business owners so I may have more of a bias in seeing the good in them.Though I do also remember my parents having a say when the news covered issues that weren't good.

I wouldn't accept threats .

They were talking about the extreme right, like the Phelps crew I would imagine.

And yep that lot seem to be missing a few IQ points, just like any extreme group.

so they were talking about authoritarian ideologies?  how is that limited to one side???

well i've spent quite a bit of time in union workplaces and i knew everything that went on. i've only heard of death threats bogan to bogan person to person. blokes or women with personal stuff. nothing like a threat of any sort from a union or official though, apart from newspaper articles . what a lot of confected ummm..
