In other words, you believe a dangerous situation concerning ISIS, existts in the US and it only exists because Obama is in office
The most serious and horrific Islamist attack ever to be perpetrated in the US, occurred before Obama beame president and while there have been subsequent incidents they have come nowhere near the scale of 9/11. In fact the only thing that could realistically up the ante on 9/11 would be an actual invasion.
So logically, the only way the US could be in a more parlous state now than it was during the Bush administration would be if it was faced by an invasion.
