Blood tests are very important to help diagnose Coeliacs.
IgA, tTg, HLA will be the most common.
Doctors will often also want other tests to make sure your body chemistry is ok... something that can be upset as your bowel is not allowing for absorption of all the required nutrients.
they will almost never confirm a diagnosis without a colonoscopy...
