I voted no. I think we're getting satellite. Mm how about you?

I was connected to the NBN for 1 year up until Dec 2012 (test area). I have moved to the other side of town and the first stage isn't completed yet there but will be in the next month of so.
I will subscribe to it again, can't wait.
Currently using mobile broadband which is fairly useless. No ADSL2 at the exchange here.

Why do you want to know?

It has to be taken into account NBN is only available in limited areas around Aust. at present. It isn't as if everyone here has a choice whether to connect to the NBN or not.

Why do you want to know?
in order to demonstrate a point of some kind. you poll people without telling them why. if the result suits the argument you intend to put, you go ahead. if it doesn't you hold back.

If people choose to answer NO, and they don't have the NBN live in their area... what on earth would that prove?
on โ10-05-2013 01:33 PM
we will find out soon enough . i'm doubtful of a positive slant being put on the 'Poll' figures ๐

If we're lucky, we might get shown a graph. It might demonstrate the superior qualities of 1950s copper, or the number of bank CEOs who can afford the thousands to collect fibre to their home ๐
I can hardly wait.

As far as I know there is only one CS poster in TAS who is connected to the NBN.
I am in NSW, and was connected in a test area and will choose to be connected again in the first stage area (expansion of the test area soon.
Results of the poll:
Yes - 1 (connected to NBN)
No - the rest of CS posters.
Analysis of these results please.
