We are already saving the Government money David.
My husband qualified (by age) for a pension 9 years ago and I could have received one 11 years ago but we are still running our own business and paying the government for the priviledge of working 65-70 hours a week.
We had always hoped to be self funded retirees but thingsw have not worked out that way due to recent world events but the less we are dependent on the Government the better....they change the goal posts too often for my liking.
