At what age did you start going grey?

Just curious. 

My brothers are aged 32 and 36.  The 32 year old (light brown hair) has the most grey hairs of all of us, and the most stress free life.  My older brother has dark brown hair, and only a few grey hairs.  I am 34 with honey blonde hair and don't have any (my hair isn't coloured!).  I always thought I had some but you couldnt see them as my hair was fairer, but the hairdresser says nope, none!

My dad didn't start going grey until his mid 50's but my mum was having highlights to blend hers into her 30's.  Both my parents have dark brown hair.

I don't think grey hair has to do with stress as my life is the most stressful and I have none.

I read once it was related to time spent in the sun, which makes sense as I spend very little time outside.

Just curious as to other's experiences.

at 15. I have naturally dark brown hair (had not dyed it before that time) and spent little time outdoors (my mother 'did'nt allow it' )

Had red hair until our Son, age 20 died of a congenital heart condition called HOCM, he simply slipped off the computer chair and was gone, my hair was pure white within a month of his passing; obviously stress is a contributing factor.

My Uncle David had the same thing happen during the war after being bombed.

I started going grey in my early 30's ...............pepper and salt . In my late 60's still very mixed dark and grey.

late 30's but just a few strands, now I need to colour it every 6 weeks, drives me insane.  Hubby went grey after becoming a coach of a footy team.  stress obv a factor.  he's white now.

Well that's a fallacy. Half the population of Brits are grey, and the sun isn't a common occurence there. In fact it's probably in the 'non existence' category. (Or as rare as an Essex virgin).
