Don't know if I told you but Sandy's bestie is going to Sydney with her, so, she will be fine.

Off to Grandparents day at Glenrowan, looking forward to having a table full of little kids whose Nan and Pop can't be there or they don't have any. love it I do.

it's cloudy today mild morning going to be 21 degs

gosh Richo im getting worried about you ... how many days has it been now ? 

did the Doc say how many times to keep trying ? and how far apart  ?

yes Dom only 9 to go now and i have mon off yay

how is your back ? i hope theres been improvement

im thinking of Sandy and Frank , this getting old is the pits always something wrong with us , that needs serios attention 

i slept 10 hrs last night so feel a tad better 

just going to go for a push round the lake and grab a loaf of bread

Stawka hows the foot ? do you put the boot back on for a while when you do something like cooking ??
