Yes Richo it's good that those tests are out of the

long since he's been checked apart from his normal
ENT visits.

JV those are the friendships that can never be replaced enjoy
your time with your mates. We were over there for my cus funeral
2 yrs ago and I had never seen the place so dry - the grass would
just crumble under your shoes - very bleak and sad to see the place
looking so dry.

Ooaks,
are very fortunate to have a lot of services within a short drive.( except my local, which has closed)
Most within 15mins
The urologist is a 10 to 15min drive.
Have 2 hospitals a short drive from home and a new hospital that opens in about 4 to 6 weeks just down
the road from the Cardiologist.
Not out of the woods yet with my heart, but is looking promising.
Need to have a "Calcium Score" CT scan which I have already arranged to do tomorrow,
and also to arrange for a holter monitor, which I will organise tomorrow.
Both places are very close to me.
If all goes well, Cardiologist has said that after the next surgery I should be able to cut the Heart meds in half
for the first 3 weeks and then may be able to stop taking them, providing the above tests are ok.

Richo,
not celebrating just yet, if I get the all clear with the two tests,
I only have to get through the surgery without the heart playing up again.
Have been quite tired, sleeping during the day for 3 to 4 hrs.
Specialist said that some people can experience this with meds I am on.

Nite JV drive carefully tomorrow -
Nite Richo sleep well -
Trav I have had the heart monitor test many years ago which indicated I had
SVT (supraventricular tachycardia) big name but is a common
irregular heart beat - so hopefully you could be lucky to have a non urgent
heart problem - but the tests will sort it out - you are fortunate to be close
to all those services - especially being in the city.
