Seems to be a lack of threads for blokes.
On other threads,some ladies have mentioned, their OHs
would post, but had no interest in most of the threads on offer.
I can bump this thead twice a day,so its easy to find.

29 degrees here - with a predicted low of 22 overnight!  But I know none of you wanted to hear that😀

It's Territory Day today and the fireworks are just starting (apart from those 'little boys' who have been letting the odd one off all afternoon)  In another hour - once it gets dark - it will be like Beirut central here in the Darwin suburbs.  The smell of smoke and gunpowder gets everywhere.  

We haven't bought any for several years now but I must admit when I saw one called "The Exploding Dunny" advertised on TV I was tempted to buy one just to see what it did 😮

Too much info for some of us with the 29 degs.........lol.

Stawka-geez we do keep different hours-but meet up  during the day.

Morning Richo, everyone.  Well, Le Tour has started so I am up, hehe  Time trial and it's raining, not a good combination.

Big sister and John Boy are here and so very, very cold, it is actually -3 and feels like -5.9 right now.  After they leave Melbourne they are travelling to Darwin, another gigantic temperature gap.  Sherrill is going on to Balli to get some jewellery made and John is helping Sally, their daughter, pull a kitchen out.  Then Sherrill will fly back and they will drive home, all this in a tiny camper with 2 dogs.  Better them than me I say, haha

Noticed its -6 in Canberra and a very cold -10 in Goulburn NSW.

Linda-some late nights ahead for you with the cycling.

Pass on that crowded camper van..lol.

At least the family are heading to warmer places.

-4 is about as cold as it gets here--just a few mornings a year.

Got -beanie-gloves-heater-ugg boots and a thick dressing gown on..lol.

Dont go on an outing in the chair early.............

Might be a while before i head out for a paper.

Good morning richo, ooaks, jv and everyone.

Freezing cold this morning - glad we're in the middle month of winter.  Frosts will be over soon.

Typing this on the new computer - got most of the websites I use set up but need to try and work out how to transfer my files.  I've cleaned a lot off the old one ready to try the transfer.  Just can't find where documents are at the moment - haven't looked very hard yet.

Having James tonight and my turn to make soup for tomorrow.  We're having a visitor so might grab a sponge out of the freezer and fill that as well.

Had another lovely "birthday" dinner last night - 17of us went to the RSL.
