Good morning Richo, and to everyone
Looks like we may have a warm day ahead,
have a few things on this morning, phone calls & Bunnings.
I was pleased that one of my posts was removed,
I think it had a couple of spelling mistakes, and it was removed before I could correct them.
It saved me having to edit them.
Have a good day

Richo,
how does one contact a moderator ?
besides reporting myself on my own post. (are serious, as I looked yesterday to find out why mine were removed)

Hi everyone,
As you have all noticed a few posts were removed yesterday. These were in violation of the Discussion Board Policies.
Some of them have now been restored after they were reviewed by the moderation team.
Please remember that interpersonal disputes, disruptive or hostile comments will not be tolerated. Discussion of removed posts or reposting of removed content is also not permitted.
Kind regards,

I was surprised that two of my posts were removed that were not in violation.
They have since been restored.
A question I will ask, did the moderators make the decision to remove all of them yesterday as it would
have been quicker to do so, than to read each post individually ?

Trav I have awful trouble typing, used to be a crack typist, long, long ago it was my job but the arthritis has inflamed all my joints, sometimes I hit the key next to the one I mean to hit, takes me forever to post, haha just one of the problems of aging.
We are having a big morning tea here on Wednesday, I organise 2 a year, only one this year. Nearly ready, had to ask for some help this year, everyone is happy to help, big relief for me. We have owners and tenants all together it is terrific. We are so lucky here in that we all get on so well.

Good afternoon Linda,
I can relate to the typing problem, being a little dyslexic, I have some problems reading & typing,
but have always managed to get by, with studies, etc. I just push myself to get it right (or close to it)
I make the same mistakes constantly, often getting letters in the wrong order.
I had thought of swapping some of the keys over on my keyboard.
It is good that people can assist you with the morning tea preparation.
Is it for any special occasion or just a bi-annual get together?

No Trav, I started it about 6 years ago in an effort to get everyone together. There are only 12 units here, we should all know each other, now we do and help each other out. Then I decided to add owners, they love coming to see the gardens, meet their tenants a,and if we need to have a working bee we all chip in and help out. Notice I say we but, sadly I am past we.hehe
