police deal with some terrible things but its no excuse for forgetting they are dealing with people.

laying into a no longer fighting person laying on the floor held down by multiple officers, instant dissmisal in my view!

I visit Ballarat regularly and the police are viewed as a total joke because of this and other incidents that haven't gone any further than the local paper
