the stories coming out of this royal commission are astounding.
these people should be looking at criminal charges!

i have long held the position there should be no 'over the phone' sales that arnt confirmed until the buyer has a copy of the agreement in their hand to read, sign and return.
if an insurance company wants to extend temp cover for a motor vehicle fine, but thats on them.
