And what does it say about someone who "can't remember" getting a $3000 bottle of wine, the end of the "age of entitlement", pffft - the "entitled" still seem to be feeling pretty "entitled".

I meant it looked suss that he would deny all knowledge and then the note turns up.

By the news reports it was Nick Girolamo that handed the note in to the ICAC. Why would he do that?

There's more to this and I agree it looks like Mr O'Farrell has stepped down to forestall events unfolding.

not cooperating (giralomo) would find him on contempt and facing charges. he's got himself to look after . he probably kept the note to big note with.
