NEWCASTLE Knights NRL footballer Ryan Stig has received backlash from angry social media users following a controversial rant about homosexuality and gay marriage.

The half-back uploaded a letter on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter that compared homosexuality to alcoholism and a "politically correct charade" that was equal to a "spiritual disease" and "demonic".

 well yes. but it has nothing to do with the music ensemble. i have written to that fellow , Anderson i think the name is. He refused point blank to change it, he claims to own the name !  singing about drunks too.
