We are up at $1.54 yesterday. (usually only $1.44) .. need to fill up to do a Rockhampton trip on the weekend... that is going to cost me a fortune in my Volvo...

Petrol is on the rise and the retailers say they're putting prices up next month due to the lower dollar. So if anyone wants a new telly or anything, go and get it now.

It was the highest ever in Perth at around $1.60 last week. The rise and fall of fuel prices is one of the best scams ever. I've heard that here the same refinery supplies all of the companies.

We don't have the luxury of choosing when to fill up. The price stays pretty much the same all the time - at it's not at the bottom of the cycle, ever!

I've got a nasty feeling it won't stop there

we don't mind the petrol price much cos our car only needs about 5 liter per 100 km.

The supermarkets are offering up to 14cents off I think if you spend $100 in their store
That's another problem - it's difficult to benefit from a discount voucher when you need to spend at least $100.00 to receive it.
