A leading lawyer says Justin Bieber fans who paid hundreds for a meet and greet with their idol, but were kept waiting for 4 hours, can ask for their money back.

The fans were told to be at Rod Laver arena at 4.30pm however Bieber didn't arrive until 8.30pm and spent little time with them, before rushing on stage.

Personally I think this is a great lesson for tweens. This is what you get when you worship someone blindly. So keep up the good work Beiber.

he is a great entertainer and talented.  you can see that on his youtube videos before he became famous.

i saw him at Allphones Arena 2 yrs ago.  went with my daughter.  we had floor seats, the price was very reasonable - under $100.

my daughter saw him last Friday also at Allphones.   this time i didnt go with her. she said the concert was even better than the last one and i thought the one i attended was fantastic.

on both occasions he was on time. 

re the Mel concert - perhaps the management needs to take some responsibility.   i heard Tahan was somehow invloved in him being late LOL

a couple of months ago my daughter attended Vidinc.   even though she had pre-purchased tickets, she had to wait for over 2 hours to get it, missing out on a lot of the acts. (sydney convention and exhibition centre).  now THAT was a disaster.

hmmm.....you'd be surprised how many musical legends would disagree with you....

listen to some of his acapellas.....or playing various instruments.  the kid is talented.

Take the last year- wrote stupid stuff at the Anne Frank house, peed on a pic of Clinton, got his bodyguards to carry him on the Great Wall of China, defaced the hotel on the G/C where he was staying, blows money on working girls, etc etc, the list goes on and on.

but he was only an hour or so late for his Melb gig, not 4 hours.

According to a statement by the QT hotel, they gave permission to “Bieberfiti" the wall.   The Hotel's facebook  page cover photo was changed to a pic showing the graffiti, saying - He asked and we said Yes.  (its stil there i think)

QT Hotel in the Gold Coast said it gave Justin Bieber permission to spray graffiti on its wall. The Canadian singer and others posted images online showing cartoon faces in fluorescent paint on an outdoor wall at the hotel in Queensland state.

After hearing criticism, the hotel changed its Facebook page cover art Thursday to show Bieber, his graffiti and the declaration: "He asked, and we said YES."

It was about an hour.  Still unacceptable but not as bad as 4 hours.   They exaggerated the length  of time he was late on another occasion as well.

I thought the 4 hours was how late he was to meet the fans that had paid hundreds of dollars to meet him in person. I heard he spent less than a minute with them.

Dont know how exaggerated that was, late is late though, he's getting paid enough surely he can have the decency to treat his fans well.

The meet and greet would have been part of the VIP package which included front row floor seats, gift bag containing merchandise, meet and greet photo opportunity.  some other things like priority check in and i'm pretty sure the conditions stated they were going to be group photos.  not one on one with justin.  that was why i never even considered paying $490.  

that's what i understood the meet and greet to be.  was it something else????
