I see Billy boy popped over to Iraq for a quick visit to see the troops
There doesn't seem to be any access to bill's surprise trip photos... all very contrived and tightly controlled by Bill's office.
Where was the independent media photos and video ?
Then again, if it is unsafe for a few Australian media then it is unsafe for the Opposition leader of Australia, he shouldn't have went there either.
But the more I look at those last pics, the more fake they look. Were the real free press allowed to go to the RAAF / Army photo shoot?
What I haven't seen is the usual pics of soldiers enthusiastically cheering him on... Is that in any of video ?
Then again, there was talk about him recording a speech in a Labor room so crowd could be added later..... who really knows ?
Anyway, the troops do NOT look very happy about him being there.
One asleep, a few looking VERY bored and not one smile.

Bill Shorten isn't afraid of calling on his rich mates when he needs to fly somewhere in a hurry and asked to use their private jets
or call in favours.
Yes, Bill is rather close to the rich end of town !

What a short, selective memory you have. It's only been seven weeks since the Australian media were banned from covering Tony Abbott's visit to Iraq.

No, not a short selective memory at all. I think if you lot look back, you might find you have the slective memory.
I cut and pasted most of those comments from the previous posts criticising Abbott by Debra, am3 and others and
just took out the word "Abbott" and substituted "Shorten".
So 90% of those quotes are word for word and actually came from you lot when criticising Abbott, I just turned them around onto Shorten because what is good for Abbott is good for Shorten as well.
You can't have it both ways.

Rubbish. Abbott is running the country (even though he and his crew continue to act as if they are in opposition) and must be held to account for his actions. What Shorten does is of secondary importance, until he becomes PM at the next election.

Sensitive, aren't we when it comes to criticising Bill.
Well, you want to jump all over Abbott when he visits, then expect the same when Bill visits.
Especially since the criticisms actually came out of the mouths of you lot.
Oh, Crosby, please note the title of the Thread !!!!
It's NOT Abbot's Support thread, it's NOT The Stinking Gov't thread, it's the Bill Shorten's Support page - Not !
And it's MY thread so I can post what I like in it. Don't like it, you have something and you know what normally
goes there, suggest you go and see if it still works
Have a nice day !
