WAVERLEY Council is preparing to launch its 15th clean-up of the infamous ‘Bondi Hoarders’ house but this time also hopes to venture inside the home and demolish the garage.
The council will request permission in court to not just clear the front yard of the Boonara Ave residence, home to Mary, Elena and Liana Bobolas, but also go into the home to remove vegetation growing wild in the roof.

A spokesman said council aimed to appear in court before the end of the year to discuss the matter and hopes to have a clean-up date in early 2015.
“We’re expecting a court date to be set early next year, which is to apply to clean the ... outside of the property, demolish the garage and remove the vegetation growing in the house,” the spokesman said.
He highlighted the plants sprouting from the Californian style home’s roof as being of a particular safety concern.
“And we’re still pursuing court costs,” the Waverley Council spokesman said.
Ratepayers have forked out more than $350,000 for legal fees and clean-up costs during the 14 times the home has been previously cleaned.
It has been a mere eight months since the last clean-up was performed by 11 workers from The Rubbish Taxi.
It took them four days of loading a mixture of items into skips to clear the area.
The belongings taken away in April included a give way/round about sign, roof tiles, luggage, toy pirate sword, bricks, pot plants and swimming pool noodle floaties.

Well if we need to blame any political party then I suggest you can look at the Liberal Party seeing as these poor people are in Waverly Council has consistently failed to deal with the issue properly.
And the council has still not dealt with the underlying issue. They keep cleaning up and then expecting that all will be well. But it can't be because this isn't about garbage and dirt or laziness is it?
But of course the subject was discussed ad infinitum in the last thread not that long ago so what is the point of creating a new one?
