Australia is to join this year's Eurovision Song Contest Extravaganza, it has been confirmed. A prerequisite of this however, is that they must include in their production, all Australian cliches. These must include Kangaroos and Koalas, Surf Boards, Cork Trimmed Hats, Barbies and Tinnies, Boomerangs, a Billabong with a Eucalyptus Tree, a Dunny, a cut-out photo of Tony Abbott, along with half a dozen Sheep. All these must be set against a backdrop of Ayres Rock, and must include a dance troupe of gorgeous females dressed as Ned Kelly, and several hunky Bondi Beach males, decked out as replica Dame Edna Everages.
We understand that Madge from 'Neighbours' will sing their offering, and this will be a rap version of 'Waltzing Matilda'. This however, has yet to be confirmed.
