Bungay Jump question

I have just been watching an ad where a man jumps into a pile of money.
Question is how does the jumper get back to the platform.
Does the big rubber band zap the person back to the top?
As you can tell I am having trouble sleeping. 😴😡

I think they get lowered to the ground after the jump to get undone from the jumping gear.

When I did mine (!!!!) several years ago in Queenstown NZ, after I stopped bouncing around they slowly lowered me down to land gently on my back in the small boat below.  I assume it would be the same over land.

I am in awe of you, lurker, for doing the bungy jump at Queenstown NZ. Gives me the heebie jeebies watching others bungy- jumping from the bridge there.

They asked me how wet I wanted to get am. I went in up to my elbows.

The worst thing was they weigh you, to work out the counter balance, and then write your weight on the back of your hand in indelible ink! So you have to walk around for the rest of the day with your hand tucked under your armpit 😮😄
