They are sometimes difficult if not impossible to understand, over the past few months I have scrutinized all my accounts and a great % were wrong. I have been overcharged for usage because the company I had been using had discounted to wrong amount but now know how to make sure every account is correct.

My OH reckons that I am a bit anal because I read and record both the water and eletricity readings each Monday. But it sure pays off big time when the bills come in and they are wrong.

Still waiting for an accurate final power bill after disconnecting the electricity on 8 Nov last year. Have had the incorrect one (for 6 weeks instead of 9 days) sent twice. The electricty co. agree it is incorrect but cant manage to raise a correct bill in 4+ months.
