Commercial television programmes are really only an advertisement delivery vehicle.
TV for the brain-dead, complete with canned laughter, and three minute advert breaks every seven minutes or so, making movies unwatchable. And if that's not enough, the quality of the other shows is so awful as to be fittingly appropriate for the zombies who sit there mesmerised by the sheer horror of it all.
and that's if they are aware enough to even notice the visual-auditory rubbish polluting their environment.

they are also training programmes to soften-up to the minds of the masses to consume. consume products, consume attitudes. consume emotional reactions. consume fear. consume...on and on and on... unto oblivion.
