WE HAVE ALL AT SOME TIME BEEN BURNT BY THE FIRES OF HELL EITHER MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY..DURING SOMETIME IN OUR LIFE....SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO SHARE SOMETHING THAT IS TROUBLING YOU OR HAS TROUBLED YOU I SINCERELY HOPE THAT YOU WILL GET THE SUPPORT HERE:)

Morning all :-x

Went to church this morning and had a chap with a nice ol fella that knew my great Uncle that just died. than I got talking to his Mrs and found out her foster son was in the RAAF asked his name and said yes i know him and worked with him at the RAAF base in townsville. I said they were extremely rasict to him in the Airforce the first time he had encountered rasicm (he is aboriginal) in his life his dad said to me his best friend called him a spook. I said to his dad when he got a new mitishibi magna he always got pulled over by the cops thinking he had pinched it. This is back in the late 80's early 90s.
Townsville was very rasict back than not sure it has changed much for some people and probably not only contained to townsville alas!!
I enjoyed the service which was about giving more to the church the bible says a 10th of yr earnings well I aint earning so I'll just give what I can.
I agree with P Lily false gods and all C asked me about it today as he went to childrens church.
Lily Ii have a 4 year degree and cant find work wouldnt wanna waste my time doing something else for the same to happen, but I know a few nursing homes that put you on the books while yr doing the course its worth having a go but shift work is out.
Yummy miss chinese my fav :-x I had cheerios which repeated on me, lol.
Jv could you please if you have time send me some Slow Cooker recipes on FB. I am part interested in cornbeef and chicken recipies.

Hi Miss and you sure are having a major spring clean........the fridges and the pantry are about all there is to go.........only two people in the house and i dont know how it gets so untidy:)

And as soon as i go to the dietician ill copy out her advice and post here.........have to get off my butt this week and go i keep putting it off:(

Hi girl and good to hear you had a nice day...........what sort of chicken receipes..........curry whatever?

Have a super easy one that is super quick to make and would go a long way for the two of you.



One chicken bbqd

One lettuce

One mango

Handful of macca nuts

Chop chicken or tear it........tear the lettuce.......chop the mango toss in a handful of nuts and right on eating time........put in whatever salad dressing you want. I serve with fresh bread and a glass of juice.

Our local coles often has 2 bbqd chickens for 10.00........the other one i roast sufficient vegies and get say 4 meals with the other ..........make gravie etc.plate up 4 put 2 down in the fridge and freeze the other..........

Have got a chicken curry receipe right from scratch.............let me know if you would like it or not.........can be made with any cut of chicken.

Hi Nef - you sound very excited with the church - this is great! Cheerios for dinner (naughty but nice lol!)

Tomorrow OH is staying in the city for the night (I was invited but would need to take 2 cars etc. and it just got too hard) - so will carry on spring cleaning and perhaps see who is up for lunch.

Good Evening Lovely Ladies,
Well we had a good day today my son's team won there Grand Final!!!Very happy for the boys just hope my son dosen't celebrate too hard as he has his work experience starting tomorrow.Oh well he'll still be getting woken up at 6.00 am.LOL

Nef,i'm glad your enjoying church,we aren't churchy people only go for weddings,funerals etc but am happy you found a connection with the people who attend.

hey gang! I have been in hospital for a while , been home a week, and even tho things are not great ,they are better, was reading through a few of the posts and wanted to thank you all for your kindnesses, and suggestions..
cant go thru Dom care as they say I am too young and not disabled enough???? so i am getting house cleaning from the council...

I had some test done and it has been suggested that I may need a liver transplant as some of the meds i have been on have affected my liver...

hope you are all getting on ok and that things are working out for others , I am off to bed now , gonna watch a dvd seen as there is nought on tv
